Without domain name and web-hosting server, your website business can not be online on internet. Recently, there are many of companies who provide the domain name and web-hosting server, so you can pay them the fee of renting their server, you don't need to have your own server. Are they expensive? No, cheap. It depends on how megabits space you need to have.
